Leopard Pendant
Leopard Pendant
I love experimenting with the concept of creating compositions with volume by piling the elements in a seemingly haphazard way—-but is in fact pretty deliberate. I love to combine rare, dissimilar elements that play off one another.
Hand-constructed sterling silver and genuine chrysocolla gem silica, golden sheen sapphire, rutilated quartz, and tourmaline. This druzy chrysocolla is extremely rare and reminded me of leopard print, which is really on trend for current fashion! It comes from the back side of a traditional chrysocolla gemstone---from when I cut the round stone into 2 halves. It has the slightest green undertone from the other side of the stone, but is mostly browns, tans, and black. It is also incredibly sparkly, and is truly a one of a kind gemstone, as I've never had another anything like this.
A handmade sterling silver triple strand chain is included and is adjustable up to 20". I am always happy to swap out the chain for an omega if you prefer, just let me know in the 'notes to order' section of the checkout screen.
One of a kind.
