How quickly will my piece be shipped?
I generally ship items out immediately if no modifications need to be made. My work is almost entirely one-of-a-kind, so every piece listed (unless otherwise stated) is the exact piece that you will be receiving.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes!! I can ship to any location in the world… contact me to make the purchase. Once I know your exact location I can give you all the shipping options and send you an invoice payable online.
How will my piece be shipped?
I offer free shipping via UPS ground to anyone in the contiguous US. Other shipping options are available if you prefer to not use UPS. Contact me for any specific questions that you may have regarding shipping.
Can I return a purchase if I change my mind?
Although no full refunds are offered, exchanges are gladly accepted within two weeks, so buy a gift with confidence! If you are purchasing a piece as a gift, please let me know, and I will extend the exchange window to suit your timeline.
All returns must be shipped back to me in a well-padded box or padded envelope to ensure the safety of the piece. Returned items must be sent using a shipping method that includes tracking. Tracking information must be provided once the package has shipped. Shipping is at the client’s expense; I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
No credits or refunds will be issued until the original piece has been received and returned safely.
