The Green Single Bloom Necklace is a fun, bold statement piece that is easy and comfortable to wear. I carved the main flower petals from a vibrant green glass, giving it a subtle ruffled texture. Like all of my glass pieces, it is opalescent, luminescent, and highly reflective, shifting in color as it moves and catches the light.
Right in the center, I hand-fabricated layered sterling silver ruffles to cradle a bright, olive-green peridot stone. The flower hangs as a beautiful drop pendant from an elegant sterling silver chain that is completely adjustable from 16 to 20 inches, making it easy to find the perfect length for any neckline. It has a great organic texture and a pop of color that works just as well with a casual outfit as it does when you're dressed up.
Every piece of glass is made by a process called cold-working where the glass is carved at room temperature with no heat and never liquid or pressed into a mold.
