Celestial Twilight Earrings

The Celestial Twilight earrings feature a beautiful tiered design that captures the rich, shifting colors of dusk. At the top, the post settings are made from hand-carved purple glass with shimmering pink and violet-blue undertones. I hand-carved each glass element with soft, wavy ridges that catch the light along every polished curve.

A small, deep purple amethyst is bezel-set just below the glass, serving as a colorful link to a generous, teardrop-shaped drop of abalone shell. The abalone displays a brilliant, natural landscape of iridescent greens, blues, teals, and deep purples that shift constantly with movement.

Each element is nestled in hand-fabricated sterling silver, with a diamond-textured bezel framing the glass and a clean, polished bezel securing the abalone. This tiered arrangement allows the iridescent drops to sway gently, bringing a lovely touch of movement and a striking, artistic presence to any look.

Every piece of glass is made by a process called cold-working, where the glass is carved at room temperature with no heat and is never liquid or pressed into a mold.
