I hand-fabricated the wide, architectural setting from sterling silver, giving the outer walls a deep, craggy texture that mimics cooled volcanic rock. The centerpiece features a smooth segment of
carved glass, meticulously shaped to pull in ambient light and radiate a deep, soulful cerulean blue. Sitting low and comfortable on the hand, the substantial band balances the dramatic, sculptural scale of the face beautifully.
