The Lucky Lavender Ring is a deep dive into the mesmerizing world of violet and purple tones. I wanted to explore stacking and building contrasting gem cuts, creating an architecture where each shape brings out something completely different in the next. For this layout, I paired a geometrically structured, faceted amethyst with a rich, textured slice of tanzanite, anchoring them both with custom-set iolite and spinel accents.
It’s a bold, dimensional statement ring that packs a huge punch of color while maintaining a beautifully balanced, low-profile silhouette on the hand. I hand-fabricated the individual sterling silver settings to trace the exact footprint of each stone, arranging them into a deliberate asymmetrical composition that feels completely organic. The entire cluster is mounted onto a sleek, square-shaped sterling silver band that fits wonderfully and keeps the ring sitting perfectly centered on your finger.
Because I source these natural materials individually and build every setting completely from scratch at the bench, no two versions of this piece will ever exist.
