The Vine & Berry Ring is all about celebrating the rich, organic shapes found in nature. For this design, I wanted to showcase the incredible texture of a natural grape agate that I hand-cut right here at my bench. It features beautiful, bubbly formations that naturally mimic a cluster of wild berries. To bring a sharp contrast to those matte, velvety purple tones, I stacked a brilliant, fuchsia-berry rhodolite garnet right on top.
It’s a bold statement piece with a low-profile silhouette, giving you maximum visual presence while remaining exceptionally easy to wear. I hand-fabricated the sterling silver setting to follow the exact, irregular perimeter of the agate, balancing its raw texture against the clean, light-catching facets of the garnet to form a striking asymmetrical composition. The entire setting is mounted onto a modern, square-shaped sterling silver band that feels nicely solid and keeps the piece perfectly balanced on your finger.
Because I hand-cut the agate specimen and build every silver element from scratch at the bench, no two versions of this ring will ever be identical.
