Confluence Pin/Pendant

Where opposing forces meet and merge into a single fluid rhythm, this convertible piece offers complete versatility—designed to wear close as a bold statement pin or suspended as a dramatic pendant.

The main focal point features two distinct hand-carved glass crescents that curve together. One side glows with shifting iridescent violet, teal, and soft green bubble textures, while the other side swirls with deep, electric cobalt wave ridges. Resting at the junction where these two streams join is a bright, oval bezel-set blue topaz.

The piece comes complete with a textured, multi-strand sterling silver chain featuring a specialized converter bail, allowing you to easily transform the pin into a necklace and back again.

I hand-fabricated all of the sterling silver elements. Every piece of glass is cold-worked and hand-carved at room temperature without heat or molds. To learn more about how I carve these glass elements in my studio, check out my Studio Journal.
