Ember Earrings

$495.00

The Ember earrings feature a rich, deep red glass that reveals dark, bright cherry undertones and  and smoky charcoal shadows when viewed from the side and as it moves. I hand-carved each glass element with sharp, diagonal ridges that catch the light along the polished edges, mimicking the texture of glowing coals.

The glass is carved into an organic, asymmetrical oblong shape and sits in a hand-fabricated sterling silver setting, bordered by a signature diamond-textured bezel. Nestled at the bottom corner of each setting is a single, bezel-set round white topaz, which adds a crisp, bright point of light. These are post earrings designed to sit comfortably flat on the earlobe with the topaz gemstone resting just below the main glass element.

Every piece of glass is made by a process called cold-working, where the glass is carved at room temperature with no heat and is never liquid or pressed into a mold. If you want to learn more about my process and the durability of my materials, you can read the post where I break down my entire process on my Studio Journal.

  • Hand-fabricated sterling silver settings with a diamond-textured bezel finish and posts.

  • Cold-worked deep red glass with smoky charcoal undertones, hand-carved with angled, high-relief ridges.

  • Bezel-set round white topaz accents.

  • Compact post design with an offset drop that sits flat against the lobe.

  • One of a kind, signed, and copyrighted.
