Thundercloud Necklace

The Thundercloud Necklace captures the sudden energy and drama of a summer storm rolling in. At its core, a section of sculptural glass is custom cold-worked into a undulating, cloud-like shape, shifting in hue between deep sea green and moody slate as it moves in the light. Overlaying the matte glass, a hand-fabricated sterling silver lightning bolt strikes diagonally across the form, creating a bold interplay between polished metal and carved texture.

Suspended directly beneath the cloud hangs a large, faceted aquamarine drop set in a bezel frame. Its soft, watery blue-green tones pull out the subtle color shifts inside the glass carving while adding a gentle sway that feels fluid when worn. Anchored by a textured double-link silver chain, this wearable art piece sits flat against the collarbone with a balanced weight and a distinctive profile.
