This one is quieter than a lot of my work. The design is delicate on purpose, an open, irregular sterling silver loop with a small iridescent glass drop suspended through it. The glass is soft and shifting, pinks and lavenders that move depending on the light, the way water does.
The inspiration was the ocean, not the dramatic version but the gentler one. The way a wave curves before it breaks, the way light sits on the surface.
Cold-worked and hand-carved glass in handwrought sterling silver, on an adjustable sterling omega chain.
