In my 'Erosion' series, I delve into the concepts of both wind erosion and weathering. The distinctive feature lies in the properties of the black glass. Unlike clear glass that relies on internal reflections, the black glass in this series relies on external reflections giving the resulting pieces a completely different fell that the rest of my work.
Cold-worked/hand-carved glass, handwrought sterling silver, and genuine white topaz, pearl, opal, black spinel, and black onyx druzy.
