Gathering Moss Pendant

$975.00

The Gathering Moss Pendant focuses on intricate natural textures, muted earthy tones, and detailed material contrasts. By pairing deeply carved, translucent glass with highly textured raw crystal specimens, this design maps out a complex, layered composition inspired by the forest floor.

I hand-fabricate the contoured crescent frame, the individual stone bezels, and the top accent bale from sterling silver, detailing the outer framework with a hand-applied texture. The base of the pendant features a hand-shaped cold-worked pale chartreuse glass element. The glass is finished with a soft opalescence that shifts in luminous color as it catches the light. Floating directly above the glass is an asymmetric arrangement of distinct geological specimens: a rare cluster of deep moss-green epidote crystals mixed with clear quartz, a textured epidote quartz druzy, a natural tourmaline, and a soft freshwater pearl. The entire piece hangs from a prominent top bale set with a flashing genuine labradorite stone. The included handmade sterling silver chain threads smoothly through this bale and can be completely detached to wear on its own.

Every glass element is cut, carved, and polished individually in my studio, ensuring that the fluid surface ridges, unique mineral arrangement, and opalescent light play belong strictly to this one-of-a-kind piece.

  • Hand-fabricated sterling silver, iridescent cold-worked glass, genuine labradorite, epidote crystals in quartz, tourmaline, freshwater pearl, and epidote quartz druzy.

  • Adjustable handmade sterling silver chain (up to 20") that can be detached and worn separately.

  • Studio-crafted and one-of-a-kind.

  • Signed, copyrighted, and marked sterling for authenticity.
