Tropical Solace Pendant
The Tropical Solace Pendant balances a fluid, organic center with precise structural linework. Inspired by natural craters and volcanic lake beds, the composition centers on an irregular, shifting form contrasted against detailed silver settings.
I hand-fabricate the sculptural, organic bezel framework and the wide, textured bale from sterling silver, texturing the outer bezel walls with a hand-applied diamond finish for subtle sparkle and depth. Secured within this contoured setting is a hand-shaped
cold-worked green and yellow glass element. The glass features a striking iridescence that causes the lime tones to shift fluidly as it moves. Resting on the upper surface of the glass is a neat cluster of four bezel-set genuine gemstones—topaz, pearl, opal, and chrome diopside—adding distinct points of color and crystalline reflection. The pendant is suspended from an adjustable handmade sterling silver chain that slides free from the bale for separate wear.
Every glass element is cut, carved, and polished individually in my studio, ensuring that the natural, undulating contours and the iridescent light play belong strictly to this one-of-a-kind piece.
Hand-fabricated sterling silver, iridescent cold-worked glass, genuine topaz, natural pearl, opal, and chrome diopside.
Adjustable handmade sterling silver chain (up to 20") that can be detached and worn separately.
Studio-crafted and one-of-a-kind.
Signed and copyrighted for authenticity.
