Poppy Pendant

The Poppy Pendant captures the organic energy of a vibrant botanical bloom, translating a natural floral form into a striking, modern statement piece. Balancing soft, sculpted contours with crisp architectural lines, this design focuses on radiant color and light-catching depth.

I hand-fabricate the undulating bezel framework and the structural fluted bale from sterling silver, treating the outer bezel walls with a hand-applied diamond texture that creates a brilliant sparkle and depth. Nestled inside this shimmering border is a hand-shaped cold-worked glass element, intricately carved to mimic the delicate, radiating pleats of open poppy petals in a rich orange-red gradient. Highlighting the center of the bloom is a polished silver bezel holding a brilliant genuine white topaz gemstone accent. The pendant comes suspended from a sleek, adjustable sterling silver omega chain.

Because I cut, carve, and polish every glass element individually in my studio, the precise petal structure and internal color depth belong entirely to this one-of-a-kind piece.
