The sterling silver is hollow-constructed and textured to mirror the surface of the glass, the two materials in conversation rather than one simply containing the other. Both spiral inward together, the silver grooved and striated, the cold-worked and carved blue glass following the same rhythm at the center. The whole thing reads like water in continuous motion, pulling back and returning, the way the ocean never fully stops.
A white topaz catches the light at the base.
Handwrought sterling silver, on a sterling silver neck wire omega is adjustable between 16-20”
Wearable sculpture for anyone drawn to the pull and rhythm of the ocean.
Approx. 2.5”x 2”
One of a kind.
Signed and copyrighted.
