Verdant Cascade Pendant
This series draws inspiration from impact craters that formed on Earth's surface millions of years ago. I've always been fascinated by the planet's origins and often find myself imagining what these colossal impacts must have been like. Interestingly, the final pieces also evoke botanical shapes, and I appreciate how they can be interpreted in that way. At times, I envision them as small volcanic islands or ancient lake beds. During a trip to Oregon, I was especially captivated by Crater Lake, which got my creative wheels spinning.
Made from hand-formed sterling silver and hand carved glass, and features genuine aquamarine and abalone.
