Part of the Voltage Series, the Voltage Pendant explores high-contrast geometry, architectural lines, and dynamic kinetic energy. Defined by two intersecting silver beams that slice across a fluidly textured glass backdrop, this design captures a striking sense of structural tension and modern sophistication.
I hand-fabricate the geometric bezel framework, the overlapping structural beams, and the offset gemstone setting from sterling silver, treating the outer bezel walls with a hand-applied diamond texture that creates a brilliant sparkle and depth. Nestled beneath the crossing metal bars is a hand-shaped cold-worked glass element displaying a radiant lime and yellow gradient. The glass is finished with a striking iridescence, causing the colors to shift and transform fluidly as the piece moves on the body. It is intricately engraved with deep, radiating vertical ridges that play with light, perfectly balanced by a warm, genuine citrine gemstone set at the base. The pendant comes suspended from a sleek sterling silver neck wire.
Every glass element is cut, carved, and polished individually in my studio, ensuring that the precise alignment of the geometric lines and the shifting, iridescent illumination belong strictly to this one-of-a-kind piece.
